National grassroots energy conservation campaign will be at the Pioneer Days event in Wetaskiwin on Friday, June 13th and Saturday, June 14th . Project Porchlight will deliver over 4000 free energy-efficient light bulbs to residents in Wetaskiwin as part of a 500,000-bulb Alberta-wide campaign.
WHAT:
Everyone can get involved in this energy efficiency campaign and see how simple actions matter when it comes to smart energy choices. With help from volunteers in Wetaskiwin, Project Porchlight will deliver over 4,000 free compact fluorescent light (CFL) bulbs to households in Wetaskiwin over the next few weeks.
