There was no getting past Project Porchlight at the 2008 EcoLiving Fair [1], Calgary’s one-stop shop for sustainable products and sustainable living solutions. On September 27th, we staked out a prime spot at the trade show floor entrance and introduced ourselves to everyone who crossed our path.

Our team made invaluable contacts with a range of eco-friendly business reps and non-profit environmental groups. We also recruited nearly 50 volunteers and handed out over 450 CFLs!

We’re well on our way to a greener Calgary by year’s end!
