Have you ever wanted to make a positive change for the environment in your community? Are you interested in becoming involved in a national campaign to help reduce energy consumption? Do you have some time to spare for the next two to three months?
We are currently seeking Field Representatives in Fort McMurray, St Albert, Edmonton, Leduc, Red Deer, Drumheller, Calgary, Banff, Canmore, Lethbridge. You will supervise volunteers and assist in the coordination of events. Evening and weekend work will be required.
You will help Project Porchlight:
- Create awareness about Compact Fluorescent Lightbulbs (CFLs) and energy efficient behaviours in your community
- Coordinate data entry and bulb distribution in communities, volunteers and community events
- Foster strong relationships with community sponsors and volunteers
- Support volunteer recruitment, training, activities and recognition
