Project Porchlight will officially launch in Burlington on Friday, May 23rd at the Run Vermont Sports and Fitness Expo. Project Porchlight will deliver 36,000 free energy-efficient light bulbs to households across Burlington, Essex, Colchester, and Winooski over the summer.
Project Porchlight will be at Devon Days, Friday, May 23rd to Sunday, May 25th. While you are having fun at this family event visit with Project Porchlight representatives who will be letting folks know just how easy it is to save money on your electricity costs and reduce energy consumption - as easy as changing a light bulb!
This volunteer orientation is open to anyone interested in being a light in their community and assisting in reducing society's energy consumption.
It begins at 6:45PM in the Community Room of the Lethbridge City Police Station and should take no longer then a half hour.
