Thank You Vermont Volunteers!
Posted by Anonymous | August 5, 2008

Hello Porchlight Vermont Volunteers! We cannot thank you enough for your hard work and dedication to the Project Porchlight Campaign this summer-you made it happen! Thank you for spreading the message that "simple actions matter" throughout your neighborhoods, one door at a time, and for helping others to save energy and to believe that they too can take action against global warming.

Slave Lake - the Jewel of the North
Posted by Brian | April 18, 2008

The Jewel of the North will be shining brighter as Slave Lake attendees embrace our energy-efficiency campaign to light up the town. Fourteen volunteers signed up to help get over 1,800 bulbs distributed to their neighbours in Slave Lake. Many others enthusiastically endorsed the benefits of making the switch from incandescent bulbs to more efficient compact fluorescent light (CFL) bulbs.
