Project Porchlight's Ottawa campaign leads CFL bulb adoption: #1 with a bullet!

Statistics Canada reports that Ottawa is #1 in the country in CFL bulb use. Could it be that Project Porchlight, which delivered 250,000 of the energy-saving bulbs door-to-door in its campaigns in 2005 and 2006, was able to convince the people of Ottawa that making smart energy choices is as easy as changing a lightbulb?
