Earlier this week, Project Porchlight was featured in an article in the Burlington Free Press. The article relates to our campaign and to our Volunteer Rally held on June 21 in City Hall Park and features Chris Burns of Burlington Electric Department, as well as Heidi Conant, Project Porchlight's Vermont Campaign Coordinator:

Hello fellow Vermonters!
We need volunteers to hand our free compact fluorescent light (CFL) bulbs in their neighborhoods!

Join us on June 8th at the Chittenden County Humane Society's Walk for the Animals event in Battery Park.
Our Porchlight Field Representatives will be recruiting volunteers and handing out free CFL bulbs and coupons at the event from approximately 9am until 3pm.
We look forward to seeing you there!

Project Porchlight makes its debut in the United States next weekend in South Burlington! We hope you'll join us on Friday, May 23rd @ 5pm at the Sheraton Hotel as we take part in this year's Run Vermont Sport & Fitness EXPO.
Our speakers will be:
Bernie Sanders - U.S. Senator - Vermont
Stuart Hickox - Project Porchlight - Executive Director
