One of the first and most challenging tasks we take on as we enter new geographical areas with Project Porchlight is hiring an efficient and effective office team. These folks have to drum up awareness in the community, train our volunteers, speak to the media and count all those bulbs, while preparing tidy reports and answering questions from the public on a daily basis.
