On August 27, the company hosted a Sika Green Fair for its employees, and Project Porchlight was on hand to educate folks about the energy savings offered by compact fluorescent light (CFL) bulbs

There’s a lot to do at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, New Jersey. The 2,200-acre park offers dozens of rides—including some very memorable roller coasters—as well as the Six Flags Wild Safari animal park and Hurricane Harbor water park.
On August 14 & 22 and on September 5, Six Flags offered yet another attraction: Project Porchlight visited the amusement park

The Orange Hispanic Festival held on August 29 in Monte Irvin Orange Park in Orange, New Jersey, was sponsored by the City of Orange Township’s Department of Community Services. It was a great day: The festival featured delicious food, rides, giveaways, merchandise booths, and a deejay playing cultural music from Ecuador, El Salvador, and Brazil

New Jersey Friends of Clearwater (NJFC) is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization that works to educate citizens about the importance of clean water and to encourage them to be responsible custodians of the estuaries of Hudson, the Raritan, Delaware, and other state rivers as well as the Jersey Shore coastline and its inland waterways.
