Wabasca Careers Fair warms our hearts and our bellies
Posted by Amanda | May 6, 2008

Regional coordinator Lynn Lau was on deck at the Wabasca Careers Fair April 30th, handing out free CFLs and signing up volunteers.

Hundreds of students from the Mistassiny School came by the Project Porchlight booth to learn about conserving energy and to pick up a free pin. Lynn chatted with them for hours, stopping only briefly for a delicious hot chilli lunch – complete with soft, fresh buns – that was served in the school’s kitchen.
