The story of recycling, as told by Suzy.
Posted by Dan | October 16, 2007

Suzy Fraser, director of communications and outreach for Project Porchlight, will feature on a panel discussion on the three R's this Wednesday, October 17.

Along with folks from the Recycling Council of Ontario and Everybody Wins, Suzy will talk about Porchlight's approach and successes, both here in Ottawa and across Canada. It all takes place at the Heartwood House at 6PM.

If a rousing talk on the story of recycling isn't going to do it for you, this event also offers the opportunity to trade in end-of-life electronics in a safe and responsible way. You can't just throw away those old dot matrix printers, cellphones and computer peripherals - fortunately, there will be someone on hand to take it all in and make sure it gets disposed of properly.

See our event entry for more details on the discussion. Hope to see you there!
