Giant Tiger Day in Kingston was a roaring success!
Megan and I arrived to be greeted by a crowd of 20 people waiting for us. They afternoon flew by with so many awesome people stopping by our table to say hi. We sent out 45 people on the spot to deliver in Kingston that afternoon and signed up a dozen more to deliver later on. We did even did a tv interview for the local news!
Huge thanks to BOB FM and FLY FM in Kingston for shouting us out as well as to the Kingston Whig Standard for the article. We would also like to thank the fantastic staff at Giant Tiger on Bath Road - they were super accommodating and really made our day easy.

Where can I get more bulbs for distribution?
My daughter and I volunteered to distribute 150 bulbs on Saturday Oct 20th through the Giant Tiger - Kingston project. We both think it is a great project, goes well with some of our other community efforts such as Pitch-In Day, Spring/Fall Garbage Pick-up, and support of our local Salvation Army.
We could have and still could easily distribute many many more bulbs!
