Project Porchlight is going to light up Medicine Hat

After weeks of preparation by our hard-working team across Alberta, we're ready to kick things off in the Gas City! (Read our media release here.)

On Saturday, October 13, Project Porchlight begins its Medicine Hat campaign with a celebration at the Esplanade Arts and Heritage Centre, and you're invited to the party.

Not sure what Porchlight is all about? Here's the scoop - we will be distributing nearly 30,000 energy-saving CFL bulbs door-to-door in neighbourhoods across Medicine Hat in the coming weeks, and we'll discuss how we're going to do it this Saturday. Read about who we are and what we do, and join us at the Esplanade to learn more than you ever wanted to know about CFL lightbulbs, energy conservation, and our campaign efforts in other communities across Canada.
