We've been keeping busy in Essex County for the past few weeks! With the community's help, Project Porchlight delivered 750 light bulbs throughout the area. We left 500 more bulbs with Harrow District High School and Essex District Secondary School, whose staff and students volunteered to distribute the remaining CFLs.

What a great response from the community! Mayor Ron McDermott came out to chat with us and pose for a photo in his Canada Post uniform (he does double-duty as mayor and part-time mail carrier). The Essex Free Press also wrote a great article about our campaign.

Thank you to everyone who got involved! What a fantastic team effort!!!
