But when Project Porchlight Compliance Officer Karima Houston recently spent a day educating Pathmark customers about energy efficiency, she discovered that some of the store’s employees could learn more about the energy savings offered by the compact fluorescent light (CFL) bulbs that are sold at the store

As part of Project Porchlight New Jersey’s campaign to educate consumers across the state about energy efficiency, we reach out to folks at events ranging from county fairs and farmers’ markets to sporting events and educational seminars.

One great place to reach people is where they shop, which is why Project Porchlight came to Livingston Mall in Livingston, New Jersey, on December 26 and 27.
